Abstract

Throughout history, education has always been dominated by paradigms that have somehow contributed to the exclusion and marginalization of people who don't fit into the standards considered normal by society. Since the last decade of the 20th century, new conceptions have emerged that have triggered discussions about inclusion, access and the permanence of students with disabilities in schools. However, it is clear that the principles of inclusion are often still not being achieved when we look at everyday school life and society as a whole.
