Abstract

Anxiety disorder in childhood, a natural affective state that can manifest itself in various mental disorders, has a significant impact on the school environment. Anxious pupils often have low performance due to fear of failure, difficulties in exams and presentations, and face excessive family pressures. Anxiety can also result in poor study habits and inadequate strategies for exams, affecting both successful and underperforming students. This context highlights the importance of approaches that consider not only intellectual abilities, but also emotional and social aspects of school learning.
