The phenomenon of urbanization is a crucial factor in human life in its civilization process. When we approach the dimension of life on the streets, we are taken by the diversity of sensations that provoke us to experience other experiences and ways of understanding this singular and simultaneously collective universe in our daily lives. As a starting point for this study, we grasped the context of the streets in cities as places of multiple connections, encounters and the production of life experienced by the homeless population in their modes of existence, with the public policies of the SUS, Psychiatric Reform and Psychosocial Care as the backdrop for our analysis, through the clinical experiences of the Consultório na Rua health unit in Campinas, São Paulo. On this journey, we are guided by the key question: How do we capture the signals that come from the street on the trails of life-producing agencies in the landscapes of care? Our objectives are to monitor the production of health care in the street territories, using some sources of research material such as field diaries, medical records, images, sounds and interviews, among others. In line with this, we analyze the effects of care in the field of health triggered by the clinical and management practices for complex cases developed in the services of the municipality's mental health network. The methodological strategy used is cartography as a research-intervention methodology developed from the nomadic case-guide in line with the epistemology of crossroads as a cartographic means of analyzing healthcare networks. So far, the results of this qualitative research point to a transmutation of the concept of health care triggered by the effects of care encounters experienced in loco and in act, as well as providing the co-creation of other existential realities guided by the unconditional defense of the reinvention of life in its emancipatory and citizen dimension.
