Abstract

The cardiac cycle involves contraction and relaxation of the heart, resulting in blood pumping through the body. Blood pressure is divided into systolic and diastolic, and it is important to monitor it, especially to diagnose hypertension. Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is an effective method for assessing blood pressure throughout the day and night, revealing normal and abnormal values.
