The adoption of bibliographic research in articles, legislation, and reports as a methodology has enabled results that can contribute to the advancement of these studies, including: the recognition of the importance and essentiality of digital skills; the educational perspective as a basis for the interdisciplinary development of these competencies; and the peculiarities of digital health as a driver and result of innovation.
