It is also necessary to identify the main challenges encountered both in the internal and external environment. Defining your market positioning and bargaining power is crucial for you to be able to export competitively and in a competitive manner, monitor export performance, evaluate results and make adjustments as necessary, standing out internationally. Technical planning for export is essential to ensure the success and sustainability of the operation, maximizing growth opportunities in the international market. Based on this, this work presents a theoretical discussion about the importance of an export plan, based on analysis and corporate management techniques.
