Abstract

The objective of this research was to identify some characteristics of international scientific publications that address inequalities in the world of labor. The bibliometric study adopted the Knowledge Development Process-Constructivist (ProKnow-C) as an intervention instrument. In addition to the theoretical background that presents a synthesis of the main discussions and research results identified in the selected portfolio, the primary results include:
