Everyday life and its convenience contribute to a reduction in movement, which leads to an inactive lifestyle that is directly related to chronic diseases. However, the gym is an opportunity to stay active and at the same time maintain a better quality of life through supervised exercise (JUNIOR; PLANCHE, 2016).
