Resumen

The study under projection is dedicated to analyzing the norms of health and safety at work, focusing on the intra-day interval from Law No. 13,467 of July 13, 2017. Through the bibliographic analysis, through the study of legislation and doctrine on the theme, the objective is to bring reflections on the norms of health and safety at work with regard to the intraday interval in the light of labor reform. It was verified in this study that despite all constitutional protection of the right to health, public policies are still presented that violate the rights to health, hygiene and safety at work standards.
